I have taught in the Hector School district for, oh my, this is my 20th year. I am teaching 6th grade reading, 5th grade english and science.
I did my practice teaching in kindergarten and fourth grade in Hector Elementary School. I went to work for Plainview/Rover Public Schools in 1987 and worked there for 10 years.
I am happily married to my husband of 34 years Herbert Hunt. We have two children, Daryl and Stephanie who both attended Hector Public Schools. We have one beautiful granddaughter, Zoe, and three handsome grandsons, Joe, Austin, and Caleb.
My mother is turning 90 years old this September and is still fiesty as ever.
I love to spend time with family, read, ride horses, attend church, quilt, and do crafts.
